Consultation Fee
$50/hour
- Two hour maximum prepaid before scheduling an appointment.
- Includes one hour of travel and one hour discussion on Scope of Work, Verify Site Conditions, and Budget worksheet.
Design Fee/CAD Fee
5% of Budget
- Paid at time of consultation.
- Payment applied to Contract Price. (i.e. deposit)
- Includes color renderings and written proposal.
- Example: $30,000 budget @ 5% = $1,500.
